Cost shown before generating
The number of minutes and your remaining balance are shown before every generation.
Failure = 0 minutes
If a generation fails, the reserved minutes are returned automatically.
Monthly minutes
Minutes are credited with each payment and valid until the end of the period. They do not roll over. 1080p multiplies the count by 1.8.

One minute of finished video in montage mode counts as one minute. Modes that rely more on the AI avatar count more, because they cost more to produce.

Subscription and payment
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, in one click from your account. The subscription stops at the end of the period you have already paid for and you keep your minutes until then. No further payment is taken.
What about the 14-day right of withdrawal?
To start straight away, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. For 14 days after your first subscription, a “Withdraw” button remains available: the subscription stops immediately and you are refunded the amount paid, minus the share of the service already provided.
Can I change plan?
Yes. A higher plan applies immediately: Stripe charges the pro-rated difference and your minute credit is raised to the level of the new plan. A lower plan applies at the next renewal.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown include Belgian VAT of 21 %. The applicable rate may depend on your country of residence; it is shown on the invoice.
Where can I find my invoices?
In “My account › Subscription”. Invoices are issued by Stripe, our payment provider, and remain available for download.
What happens if a payment fails?
You receive an email with a link to pay the invoice. Until it is paid, no new minutes are credited.
