Reports about a face, a voice or a minor are handled first.
Exact address of the video (for example the TikTok link), or the SHA-256 fingerprint of the file.
Why is this content illegal or against our rules? The more precise you are, the faster we can act.

Name and email are required, except for a report concerning a minor.

How we handle reports

  1. You receive an acknowledgement by email with a reference.
  2. A person reviews the report, with no automated decision. “Face or voice” and “minor” cases have priority; the avatar concerned may be blocked in the meantime.
  3. If the content is illegal or against our rules, we remove it or block access to it, and we may suspend the account in case of repeated or serious breaches.
  4. The user concerned receives a statement of reasons: the decision, the facts, the ground (law or rule breached) and the means of redress.
  5. You are informed of the decision. Content that may constitute a serious offence is passed on to the competent authorities.
